Amber and Shawn made some time to meet on the canal in downtown Indy for their engagement session. It was a sunny day and we got some great shots with the columns at the Indiana Government Center and walking around the Eiteljorg Museum.

Sarah and Ryan were married on a gorgeous fall day, just as the leaves were turning their brightest of shades. The marriage vows were recited in the stunning sanctuary at St. Jude Catholic Church. After the ceremony, we stopped by Craig Park for group portraits. The fun and lively reception was held at Valle Vista Country Club in Greenwood. Before the dancing and partying began, we were lucky enough to steal the newlyweds away for a few sunset portraits on the golf course.

Mackenzie and Jud were back home for the holidays from sunny southern California and met us during the biggest snow storm of the season (so far). It started great with a peaceful snowy backdrop and then the snowballs started flying…

Elizabeth and Matt visited from their Chicago home to be married near family and friends at The Garrison at Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park in Indianapolis. The tent on the back patio overlooking the golf course set a wonderful backdrop for the ceremony. Then the bride and groom lit up the reception with their smiles. The party got going quickly with a cocktail hour and the dance floor was packed all night (including a last-minute chant for “one more song”). This is one genuinely happy and loving couple – it was truly a pleasure to capture their big day!

Amanda and John were married on a beautiful summer day in Indianapolis. Their intimate, candlelit ceremony was held at Franklin Road Church of Christ. The couple then joined their guests for a lovely dinner reception at the Community Life Center. After dinner (and cake, of course!), everyone had a blast posing for fun and silly photos at our photo booth. As the last guests departed, we took the newlyweds out for some sunset portraits…a quiet and romantic end to a perfect day!
