Q: How long will it take for you to respond?
A: We are surprisingly quick – we usually respond to inquiries within an hour. We ALWAYS have our e-mail and cell phone with us, so unless we’re with another client, you should hear back soon. In fact, if you do not receive a quick response, there may be a problem with our e-mail…try giving us a call!
Q: Is it ok to call your cell phone?
A: Yes. You shouldn’t feel awkward about calling our cell phone. We posted the number because we want you to be able to get in touch with us when we are not in our office.
